Gloria Govan might be back in the market for a wedding dress. There’s rumor that she and on-again-off-again love Matt Barnes are planning (yet again) to get married.
When the pair appeared on "Basketball Wives: Los Angeles" last year, the season ended with her moving out of their home. Fast forward to this year and the pair can’t seem to get enough of each other, but could it be deeper than that?

This would be the second time that the couple has gotten engaged. They were previously betrothed for about five years, but they wound up canceling their summer 2010 wedding.
