1. D’Angelo heading to NOLA
Singer D’Angelo will take the stage this July in New Orleans for the annual Essence Music Festival.
It will mark the first time the singer has performed in the United States in a decade.
Trey Songz, Aretha Franklin and Mary J. Blige are also expected to perform.
