2. Kirk Franklin signs new act
Kirk Franklin has added a new act to his Fo Yo Soul Entertainment family.
The label has announced that it has welcomed The Walls Group. The family quartet hails from Houston.
Kirk said he knew he had to sign the family quartet from Houston the first time he heard them, and he’s excited to share their journey with the world.
"When I first saw a video of The Walls Group, I knew they were something special. I was truly blown away by their vocal abilities at such young ages," Kirk said in a statement. "And when I flew down to Houston to meet them, I couldn’t believe how down to earth and humble they were. I truly saw something unique in this group."
