3. Mitt Romney picks Paul Ryan as running mate
Mitt Ronney has selected a wingman. The presumptive Republican presidential candidate has picked Wisconsin congressman Paul Ryan as his running mate.
The pair have campaigned together as Paul helped Mitt drum up votes in the week leading up to the Wisconsin primary.
"A lot of people may disagree with Paul Ryan, but I don’t know of anyone who doesn’t respect his character and judgment," Mitt said when he made the announcement earlier this week.
