7. Shaq dumps Hoopz over tantrum
Shaq and Hoopz have broken up…no, for real this time! Hoopz confirmed to The Boston Globe that she and the former NBA baller have split up.
Q: What drove them apart? A: Hoopz’s flipping out over her dashed gymnastic dreams. After seeing Gabrielle Douglas win gold in the women’s individual all-around, Hoopz wanted to learn a few flips and tricks in hopes of snagging her own Olympic gold medal.
Black Sports Online reports that things took a turn for the worse when she visited the Orlando Metro Gymnastics facility, seeking a coach that can get her to the 2016 Rio Olympics. The gym turned her down for insurance purposes since she is over the age of 18, and that’s when she started cursing at the staff.
"She got extremely loud, screaming at the top of her lungs how she needed to train for the 2016 Olympics," a witness said. "Shaq was embarrassed, he dropped his head like he was ashamed of her."
Once back in the car, though, a heated argument took place and the pair could supposedly be heard hollering at each other.
