4. Brooklyn Nets dancers reveal uniforms
The Brooklyn Nets cheerleaders have gotten a makeover! Now that the team has moved from New Jersey to Brooklyn, it was time for the girls to toughen up while still keeping it cute.
“The uniforms are feminine and strong,” the uniforms’ designer David Dalrymple told the New York Post. “This isn’t palm trees and sunshine. It’s New York City, and it’s Brooklyn. It’s a different sensibility. We go hard."
David decided that boots, studded gloves and latex were exactly what the ladies needed. The dancers looks were in very good hands as David comes with an impressive list of credentials; he’s designed stage costumes for Beyoncé and Mary J. Blige.
