Jacob: Now that it’s over, talk about what this whole experience has been like for you and how it has transformed you as a person as well as an artist.
Paige: This experience has definitely been an emotional rollercoaster for me, but one thing I will say is that I’ve grown so much throughout this competition and my confidence has gone through the roof as an artist.
There were so many more things I wanted to do but the fact that I’m leaving now, I’m somewhat okay with because, now I can really, truly be myself without anyone telling me, "Oh I don’t think this is going to be a good idea," or "don’t have your dancers," etc. Now instead of covering songs, I can make my own music and I can just look, and act, and sound the way I want to. This competition has been an amazing stepping-stone for me.
