Beyoncé fully embraced the spirit of Spring for her upcoming spread in Shape.

    The “Bow Down” singer posed in floral prints, pastels and other bright patterns for her recent shoot with the health & fitness magazine.

    Bey confessed in the April 2013 issue of Shape that she’s got to work hard to keep her curves–especially after gaining 57 pounds while carrying her daughter Blue Ivy. But if there’s one thing that the new mom has learned about getting back into shape, it’s that “the most important thing about creating a healthy lifestyle is figuring out which workout makes you happy.”

    But diet is also a huge part of the equation! Baddie Bey revealed that she’s been eating a lot of fish and she’s chowing down on Quinoa instead of rice and pasta.
