As winter bears down on much of the country, people from all over the world are preparing to descend upon Washington, D.C. to witness Barack Obama’s second Presidential Inauguration. Festivities will begin on Friday, Jan. 18 and continue through Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013. The main event will place on Monday with temperatures expected to hover just above freezing. Millions of supporters will step out in their winter weather best to witness history as President Obama is sworn in for his second term.
