16. Queen Bee
Queen Latifah teams up with two other music heavy-hitters – Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson – in 2008 for the film adaptation of the novel The Secret Life of Bees. She plays August Boatwright, the eldest of three sisters who own and operate a successful bee farm in 1960s South Carolina.
