Actress Victoria Rowell (right) announced that after a 38-year absence, "The Young and the Restless" now has its first writer of color and first director. She encouraged Black women to write in to Sony Pictures and CBS if they want to see more progress made. She also said that her character Drucilla will claw her way over that cliff she fell off four years ago.
